Member only Discussion Group
The Council maintains a members only discussion group on Yahoo Groups.
This is an email group that has lots of other features. After joining the
group, you will be able to send email messages that will broadcast to all
other group members. You will also receive messages sent from other group
members. There are two way to join the group, Email only, and web. If you
subscribe by email only, you will not need a Yahoo ID (free), but will not
be able to access the web functionality. If you join using a Yahoo ID, you
will also have access to read and post messages via web, photo and file
sharing, reading archives of past messages, access to databases and links
pages.
